DINSTAR DWG2000E/F/G with Elastix Setup/Configuration Guide

  Elastix Setup Procedure To set up the Elastix Server for the DINSTAR DWG2000E/F/G A1 Go to the web address of the Elastix Server Login page. The web address is determined by the customer, for this guide we have used the IP address 172.16.33.58

Type the username and password for an administrative user into the Username and Password fields

 Press Enter or click on the Submit button to go to Elastix‟s Dashboard

Once inside, click on the PBX tab on the menu at the top of the screen

Click Trunks and Add SIP Trunk menu to create a SIP trunk to DWG. This will take you to

the Add SIP Trunk page.

On the Add SIP Trunk page, fill in the following information:

Trunk name ((“ in this example)

•

Maximum Channels ((“8” in this example)

Outgoing settings

 Trunk Name (“gsm” in this example)

 Host (“172.16.222.22” in this example)

Incoming Settings

 Username (10000 in this example)

 Secret (aos123 in this example)

 Configure outbound route On the Add Outbound routes page, fill in the following

information:

 Route name (“gsm ” in this example)

Set dial rule with prefix ‘9 ’ in this example

Then click Submit Changes to save the outbound route

Configure the inbound route On the Add Inbound Routes page, fill in the following information:

 Description (“gsm ” in this example)

 DID Number (“s ” in this example)

Configure the destination number of inbound route

 Destination to IVR / Extension ( extension “8003 ” in this

Then click Submit to save the changes

 Apply configuration changes

DWG2000E/F/G Setup Procedure

 Go to the web address of the DWG2000E F G Login page. The web address is determined

by the customer, the default IP of the gateway is 192.168.11.1, and for this guide, we have used the

DWG2000E and IP address 172.16. 222 22

Default username: admin, Password: admin

Configure SIP server IP on the System Configuration --> SIP Parameter page

 SIP Server Address ( 172.16.33.58 in this example)

 SIP Server Port ( 5060 in this example)

 SIP Register Interval (180s in this example)

                       Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

Configure authentication information on the System Configuration --> Port Parameter

 SIP User ID (10000 in this example as a configuration of Trunks,

 To VoIP Hotline (DID Number “s ” in this example as a configuration of Inbound Routes.

Modify the default port group on the Port Group Configuration page

 Ports ( All ports in the same group as an example)

Modify the default outbound route on the Routing Configuration -->IP Tel Routing page

 Description( To Mobile in this example)

 Destination to Port Group 0 which named CNMobile in this example

Modify the default inbound route on the Routing Configuration -->Tel -->IP Routing page

 Description( To Elastix in this example)

Enable VoIP Hotline for incoming calls on the Operation -->Tel IP Operation page

 Operation( enable both Allow Call and Auto Call in this example)
